Our signature collection of wooden charger plates, trays and coasters are designed and crafted in Canada using high quality lumber sourced from North America. Our current collection is available in Oak, Maple, Brazilian Cherry (Jatoba) and Walnut woods.
Our signature collection of wooden charger plates, trays and coasters are made in a manufacturing facility in Ontario. Our products are shipped from Vaughan, Ontario. We also offer a local delivery option in some areas of the Greater Toronto Area. Please note that due to precautions relating to Covid-19, some delays in the shipping route may occur. If you based in the GTA, we recommend a local delivery option instead.
Yes we do! However, please note that customers are responsible for Duties and Customs fees and billing is in Canadian Dollars only.
Yes, curb-side pick up is available in Vaughan, Ontario.
We offer free local delivery in some parts of the Greater Toronto Area when you purchase a minimum of $99 (before taxes) or free shipping across Canada when you purchase a minimum of $200 (before taxes). Free delivery or free shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Our products are made of natural wood not MDF (plywood) with a Wood Veneer. As every tree has unique tree rings, wood grain patterns and colours of wood vary slightly. This makes each product unique and one of a kind as no two pieces of wood will look exactly alike. This is what makes wood beautiful!
While the oil used to finish our products is food-safe, our products are meant to function as decorative items and are crafted in a facility that is not certified in food safety. We recommend you place a plate, piece of parchment paper or food-safe silicone liner beneath your food when serving.
While our wood products are not waterproof, we recommend maintaining your wood with the regular application of cutting board oil. You may also help make it more resistant to small spills or condensation by applying a food-safe cutting board wax which will assist in adding a waterproof finish to your products.
We strive to provide you with as natural a product as possible. Hence, our wooden products are not sealed with polyurethane or vanish to seal the wood. Instead, we apply a thin layer of cutting board conditioning oil to the surface of the wood. It penetrates the wood to prolong its life by helping prevent cracking from over-drying. Our supplier is based in Canada and manufactures their oil from 100% vegan plant-based renewable ingredients without petroleum-based mineral oil. It is made of refined coconut oil with the long-chain fatty acids removed, which prevents it from going rancid. It is free from sulfates, phosphates, parabens, and petrochemicals! Ingredients include: Refined coconut oil a proprietary blend of pure essential oils.
For allergy concerns relating to coconut oil or essential oils, your order can be finished with an alternative butcher block oil which is a food-safe mineral oil.
